Telomerase-cil (accession Ciliate telomerase RNA):

Telomerase is a ribonucleoprotein reverse transcriptase that synthesises telomeric DNA. Telomerase RNAs differ greatly in sequence and structure between vertebrates, ciliates and yeasts, but they share a 5' pseudoknot structure close to the template sequence.
